Geagte Steve,

Dis vir ons ‘n voorreg om geassosieer te word met Hazelden Design.
Ons maak reeds geruime tyd gebruik van hulle diens en het reeds ander kliente na hulle verwys aangesien ons beindruk is met die kwaliteit van diens wat Steve lewer.

Sedert die bestaan van Motocare was ons gedwonge om met ander IT maatskappye te werk en nog nooit het ons sulke puik en spoedige diens ontvang nie.
Navrae en probleme word dieselfde dag nog afgehandel en hierdie spoedige reaksie is vir ons van kardinale belang aangesien ons maatskappy internet gebasseer is en probleme onmiddellik aangespreek moet word.

Hiermee wil ek u bedank vir die jaar wat verby is wat u reeds ons webtuiste hanteer. Sedert julle dit oorgeneem het, is dit vir ons ‘n absolute plesier om veranderings aan te bring.

Ons besigheid is baie afhanklik van ons webtuiste, dit is ons beeld na buite. Maandeliks ontwerp ons nuwe Smart Covers en dit word dadelik op ons website geplaas. Ek epos die oggend die foto’s aan julle en die middag is ons webtuiste “ge-update”. Baie baie dankie vir daardie flinke diens.

Die is vir ons uiters belangrik om dit spoedig op die “lig” te kry omdat kliente navrae doen, dan is dit vir ons ons baie maklik om net die webtuiste adres vir die klient te gee en hulle kan dadelik sien hoe ons produk lyk.

Die webtuiste is van so ‘n aard dat dit maklik hanteer baar is, ‘n klient hoef nie ‘n graad te hê om iets daarop te vind nie. Indien hulle met een van ons agente in verbinding wil tree, is dit ‘n knoppie vêr.

May I firstly say a HUGE thank you to you and Hazelden Design for creating our fantastic Hockey Club Website, www.pinelandshockey.co.za, for the constant updating that has taken place as well as the very valuable advice regarding this website.

After having only one meeting, from which I gave you a very brief overview, I expected to have many more meetings, however you and your team at Hazelden Design grasped the concept of a sporting and club website immediately. You managed to incorporate everything we as a club wanted into the design and exceeded our needs as a starting point for the site, as well as falling within our limited budget, which was no mean feat in itself. This was truly impressive.

We are also very grateful for the updates and changes that you have made for us since the initial inception, as well as the very easy to use administrator interface that has been created for us to be able to update our site constantly, thus keeping it varied, exciting, interactive and constantly up-to-date.

Our club has waited for this website for many years now, and the reactions from our members have been astounding. Even our “past” members have logged on to our “Guestbook” to send us some fantastic messages saying how they can finally keep track of the club, our results and members.
